In this condition either we have to comprise with our brand or we have to wait for a day or more. But the hi-tech world has made us so impatient that we can’t wait. At the last, we have chosen a better solution called online shopping which gives us to option to choose various brands according to our price band.

1. Don’t be excited while shopping (for first-time users).
2. Shopping only from reputed shoppers i.e HomeShop18, e-bay, Rediff shopping, Shopper Stop etc.
3. Be suspicious about prices; make a comparison before buying a product.
4. Be skeptical while shopping. Don’t rush to any lucrative scheme which you may receive an email/spam.
5. A site should be safe. Check the website address should start with https (instead of HTTP).
6. If you are using Microsoft Explorer check a sign of secure connection.
7. Prefer Debit card over Credit Card.
8. View our account statement weekly.
9. Consultant your Credit Card customer care while shopping through any new/unknown website.
10. Know about all the charges which you have to be given while shopping i.e handling charges, postage charges.
11. Make a proper record of all the numbers/code i.e. transaction Code, Order Number.
12. You should print out all the documents including terms & conditions, warranties, item description.
13. Always save your order electronically.
14. All the communication with your Shopper/Banker should be on mail and save these emails in a proper manner.
15. Always provide your correct contact details to your Shopper so they can contact you if they are any confusion.
16. If you any problem while shopping or getting your order, then immediately call your shopper customer care and also drop a mail if you don’t get any positive reply.
